In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To be eligible to register and use the id8888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of id8888 or any affiliated software provider or gaming studio;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You do not have any outstanding self-exclusion restriction in place, whether imposed voluntarily or by id8888 or PAGCOR.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the id8888 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Philippine SIM card. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any such information changes.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your id8888 username and password;
• All activity that occurs through your account, whether or not you authorized such activity;
• Immediately notifying id8888 via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Ensuring that you fully log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

id8888 will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you receive a communication purportedly from id8888 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

id8888 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Completion of the KYC verification process is mandatory for all accounts and is a condition precedent to the activation of real-money withdrawal privileges.

The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

1. Government-Issued Photo ID: One of — Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS card (photo-bearing), LTO driver's license, PRC professional license card, or COMELEC voter's ID (photo-bearing);
2. Live Selfie Photograph: A real-time selfie taken as directed within the id8888 verification interface, used to confirm that the person registering matches the submitted ID document.

id8888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declaration, or enhanced due diligence documentation, particularly for accounts with high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

id8888 accepts deposits exclusively via approved Philippine payment channels. All accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Current approved deposit methods include: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph (InstaPay), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Approved methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya; ₱500 via bank transfer. id8888 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for fully KYC-verified accounts, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider will apply.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts registered to another person is strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review.

id8888 does not charge processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees or charges on their end, for which id8888 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified account holders. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your own name and matching your verified id8888 account identity. id8888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

id8888 targets a 1-2 hour processing window for GCash withdrawals from fully verified accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This benchmark applies to standard withdrawal requests. Processing may take longer for:

• Withdrawal amounts above ₱50,000, which require additional security verification;
• Accounts flagged for AML review;
• First withdrawal from a newly KYC-verified account;
• Requests submitted during system maintenance periods.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 via GCash. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is determined by your account verification tier and is displayed in the Cashier section.

id8888 reserves the right to perform a security review on any withdrawal request. If a review is initiated, you will be notified and may be requested to provide additional identity or source-of-funds documentation. The review period will not exceed five (5) business days unless circumstances require further investigation.

id8888 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits to eligible players. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods — are set out in the individual promotion terms available on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Terms applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion is available to one (1) eligible account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonuses are awarded at id8888's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements are met;
• Wagering with bonus funds on restricted game categories (as specified in promotion terms) does not count toward wagering requirement completion;
• id8888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and recover any winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation;
• Free spin winnings are capped at the amount stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in each promotion's individual terms; expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the id8888 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, instant games, and sports betting markets — operate under published game rules and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or licensed live dealer operations audited by independent testing laboratories approved by PAGCOR.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results. Individual game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, account activity, or any external factor.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session:

• id8888 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs to determine the correct outcome;
• If reconstruction is not possible, the wager amount may be returned to the player's wallet at id8888's discretion;
• id8888 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interruptions outside our control;
• Winnings paid in error due to a technical or human error are not valid and may be voided and recovered by id8888.

For sports betting, id8888 reserves the right to void or settle bets at corrected odds where clearly erroneous odds were published due to a pricing error ("palpable error"). id8888's decision on the settlement of any sports event shall be final, subject to the formal disputes process described in Section 16.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the id8888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent;
• Colluding with other players or using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation must be returned;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activities;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms in a manner contrary to their commercial intent;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account restrictions;
• Harassment, threats, abusive language, or discriminatory conduct directed toward id8888 staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion restriction.

id8888 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a response to personal or financial stress.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available to All Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts that the system will enforce automatically. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with optional pop-up reminders at intervals you choose.

All content, materials, software, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, game interfaces, databases, and other intellectual property available on or through the id8888 Platform (the "id8888 IP") are owned by, licensed to, or controlled by id8888 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, id8888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publish any id8888 IP without express written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on any id8888 IP;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from id8888 content;
• Use id8888's name, trademarks, or branding for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, id8888 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any damage or loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security;
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond id8888's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by you on the basis of information displayed on the Platform that contains errors or omissions not arising from id8888's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

In no event shall id8888's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by you into your id8888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by id8888's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by id8888's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

By registering an account, you consent to id8888 processing your personal data for the purposes of:

• Account creation, authentication, and management;
• KYC and AML compliance obligations under Philippine law;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions;
• Providing customer support and communicating service-related information;
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activity;
• Complying with PAGCOR reporting requirements;
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

id8888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, game software providers) and as required by law or PAGCOR regulation. id8888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any account and withhold or forfeit any associated balance in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Registration of a duplicate account;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding the dormancy threshold.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting id8888 support via Live Chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered GCash number within 5 business days. Active bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

id8888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulations, business requirements, or security considerations. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via SMS, in-platform notification, or email at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive or for security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Your continued use of the id8888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your dispute with the id8888 customer support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Provide full details including your account username, the nature of the dispute, the amount in question, and any supporting evidence. id8888 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, request escalation to id8888's compliance department in writing. The compliance team will issue a formal written response within ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting id8888's internal resolution process, you may lodge a formal complaint with PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over disputes between Philippine-licensed gaming operators and their players.

You agree that any legal proceedings brought against id8888 in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes.
